My journey: Struggles to Strength...

May name is Sandy, owner of Evofitwell and your guide for Thrive Tribe!

Struggling with well-being and fitness? Trust me, I get it. Before massage school transformed me, I was wrestling with anxiety & depression. My well-being was improving, but fitness was missing from my life. But get this, despite starting CrossFit in 2017, I still found it hard to commit! The biggest hurdle? Just getting myself to the gym, that was across the street to me! WTH!?!? 

Consistency was my nemesis, making it tough to achieve any fitness goals. I felt alone and hated (still do) working out by myself. Everything changed when I joined a class at Stay Classy. Working out with a buddy and having a supportive coach flipped a switch in me. The old athlete within woke up, and I began to thrive. Sticking to a schedule transformed my body and mind—I saw muscle definition, felt stronger, and my booty looked bootylicious!

More importantly, I felt confident and my goals seemed achievable. I had support in my well-being from my massage community, and now, I had fitness support too. Stay Classy CrossFit

Now, I'm in my mid-40s, lifting weights I never thought possible: 225 lbs deadlift, 195 lbs back squat, 130 lbs power clean, and still getting stronger. The magic formula? Community, support, consistency, and accountability.

You'll experience high-intensity workouts designed to burn calories and build endurance in a short amount of time. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, leaving you feeling energized and accomplished, not exhausted and defeated.


We may even get creative with our workouts and go for a hike or visit a favorite place of Sandy's that will challenge us all around. Either way, our goal is to make this fun and then to have fun with each other creating deeper community.

Sandy loves recovery yoga because thats how she started teaching yoga. 


What is YOMO(yoga+mobility)?

  • YOMO is Yoga inspired mobility classes that are fun, light, and relatable.

  • Sandy's goal is to help you feel comfortable after workouts and improve your flexibility and mobility—without the "I'm not flexible enough" mindset.



  • These classes are where yoga meets fitness, designed to challenge your body, mind, and spirit.

  • Don't worry, these classes are beginner-friendly and you can modify everything we do without judgment.


  • Learn the basics of healthy eating with simple, actionable tips from some of the nutrition experts who Sandy know and value their expertise. 

  • We’ll cover hydration, portion control, and the importance of balanced meals to support your fitness goals.


  • Learn how to incorporate easy mindfulness practices into your routine to enhance mental clarity and reduce stress.

  • Sandy will introduce different ways to experience self care that will not only enhance your kickstarter program, but will help you feel stronger inside just as much as on the outside.


  1. How much time do I need to commit each day?

    • Plan to spend about 10-15 for daily activities and 60 minutes for in person classes.  The schedule will be provided prior to the start date to help you schedule accordingly.

  2. Will I have access to meal plans?

    • Basic nutrition guidance and tips will be provided, but no specific meal plans.

  3. What if I miss a day?

    • No worries! But commitment is very important otherwise, you are doing a disservice to your body mind spirit.  ​

  4. Who will be my massage therapist?

    • Sandy! Her schedule is on a first come first serve basis.  She will be contacting you individually to schedule.  If for some reason we can't fit you in Sandy's schedule, You will be scheduled with Michael, her most trusted massage therapist in her office.  Click here to read on Michael.​

  5. What type of massage will I experience?

    • Your massage session will be tailored to you and what you need that day.  Sandy is a sport massage therapist, but is saavy in relaxation massage. Click here to read up on Sandy! ​

  6. What if I decide to purchase a massage after the program has started?​

    • 60 minutes massage is $149.  Its best to purchase the $399 as that includes a group rate giving you a savings of $49!

  7. How will I track my progress?

    • You'll have tools and resources to track your fitness progress, such as workout logs and wellness journals.

  8. Is there a money-back guarantee?

    • Yep! I offer a satisfaction guarantee with a full refund if you're not happy with the program within the first 14 days.

  9. Can I join the program if I have an injury or a medical condition?

    • Always consult with your doctor first, but many of our workouts can be modified to accommodate injuries or medical conditions.

  10. What happens after the 30 days?

    • You can continue your journey with our advanced programs, join our ongoing community challenges, or maintain your routine with the resources we've provided.
