September 1st is the beginning our fitness and wellness journey together! 

Our Focus: Getting Started, Consistency, Accountability

Join our comprehensive wellness program designed to help you build a sustainable fitness routine with:

  • Workout Classes: Twice a week, one-hour in-person sessions.  These classes will be a mixture of different types of workouts consisting of high intensity to yoga for strength and flexibility to whatever is going to help us feel fit AF!
  • Yoga Classes: Online at your own pace.  These classes are yoga for recovery that you will have access to for the program.
  • Nutrition Workshop: An engaging Zoom session covering the basics of nutrition and motivation.
  • Meditation Workshops: Unique sessions to enhance your mental well-being.
  • Constant Contact: Stay connected with Sandy through text/email and weekly check-ins.
  • Massage: Enjoy one massage by Sandy or a trusted massage therapist.

High-intensity, calorie-burning workouts designed for all fitness levels, leaving you energized and accomplished. Expect creativity with occasional hikes or special activities to build community.

### About the Yoga

  • YOMO (Yoga + Mobility): Fun, light, and relatable classes to improve flexibility and mobility.
  • YOMOFITFLO: Yoga meets fitness, challenging your body, mind, and spirit. Beginner-friendly with modifications available.

### About the Nutrition Workshop

Learn healthy eating basics with simple, actionable tips from trusted nutrition experts. Topics include hydration, portion control, and balanced meals to support your fitness goals.


  • Time Commitment**: 10-15 minutes daily activities and 60-minute in-person classes.
  • Meal Plans**: Basic nutrition guidance provided, no specific meal plans.
  • Missed Days**: Commitment is key, but missing a day is okay.
  • Massage Therapist**: Sandy or trusted therapist Michael will schedule your massage.
  • Massage Types**: Tailored to your needs, including sports or relaxation massage.
  • Additional Massages**: $149 for a 60-minute session, $399 for a group rate package.
