I am a San Diego native who completed my education at Grand Canyon University in 2019, earning a degree in Biology with a focus on physical therapy.

 

With 8 years of experience in various clinical settings, including women's health, post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedics, neuro-rehab, hospitals acute care, and sports therapy, I have developed a multifaceted and detailed approach to injury treatment. This approach is influenced by my decade-long struggle with an unresolved high school injury, which led me to combine multiple therapy modalities.

 

For over 5 years, I have maintained a consistent lifting regimen and, for the past 2 years, have specialized in one-on-one coaching for individuals with backgrounds in powerlifting, CrossFit, and Olympic lifting.

 

Additionally, I am training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting, ensuring that you are working with someone knowledgeable about lifting form, competition preparation, and all aspects of heavy lifting.
