Cancellation Policy
✅A 24 Hour cancellation/reschedule is required. If you are a no show or cancel/reschedule the same day of your scheduled session on a package session, that session will be forfeited. ✅Refund Policy No refunds once service has been rendered. You can be refunded for the sessions that have not been used. Please allow up to 14-30 days for any refunds to show on your credit card. We have no control over when it will show on your credit card. Should you have any issues, contact us at evofitwell@gmail.com, but also contact your credit card service. ✅Being late to your massage session: While I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or parking issues may arise. Going over the allotted time not only affect yours and the next client's experience, but also hinders the personal trainer or massage therapist the ability to take breaks, have lunch, and properly decompress between sessions. ✅To uphold the quality of service for all clients, we may or may not be able to extend the session if you arrive late. If the trainer/therapist's schedule allows for flexibility, they may consider meeting you in the middle or fully extending. However, this is not guaranteed. The trainer/therapist reserves the right to extend or not. ✅Being late to YOMO & YOMOFitFlo session: While I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or parking issues may arise. When entering the class please be courtesy to your fellow yogis and do your best to not disrupt the class flow. ✅To ensure timelines, we suggest to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
