Every minute on the minute, get ready to sweat a little and turn that dang inner monologue as we navigate the highs and lows of intense intervals. We'll chase away those negative thoughts faster than you can say "assault bike" and replace them with self-love affirmations that'll make even your mirror blush!  oh yaaaa!

Next we will slow it down with...

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Meditation: After embracing the love for an EMOM🤨 workout (and maybe a few dramatic sighs), we'll ease into some animal noises during cat/cow and some super zen moments. Get ready to stretch out those muscles and stretch your self-love muscles even further with guided meditation that'll have you feeling as serene as a sloth in a hammock.

🎨 Art Meditation: Ever wanted to capture your essence in a bottle? Well, now's your chance! We'll whip up personalized room sprays and roller perfumes infused with your unique vibe(essential oils).  Spray away any negativity in any room you walk into(just dont spray someone in their face if they are negative😂). Along side the room spray, we gotta make your essence travel with you everywhere you go with essential oil perfume rollers.

This retreat isn't just a quick fix; it's a self-love boot revolution that'll equip you with the tools and sass to strut through life like you own the runway. Hmmm, maybe I should have a runway for us to strut🤔🤨
