Hi, I’m Sandy ColeCross—a Sport Massage Therapist since 2011 and a movement recovery nerd through and through. My mission? Help active humans move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free through deep, mindful bodywork that gets results.

Pain management is mah jam! I don’t just chase symptoms—I work with you to uncover the root cause of your tension, restrictions, and recurring pain patterns. Using a blend of Myofascial Release, deep tissue work, and movement awareness, I tailor each session to support your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

My Background & Training

I earned my A.S. in Holistic Health from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) with over 1,230 hours of hands-on training—far beyond the standard massage certification. My toolbox includes:

  • Clinical bodywork

  • Thai Massage

  • Tui Na

  • Deep Tissue Sculpting
    ...and other modalities I blend based on what your body needs that day.

Whether you're a CrossFitter, weekend warrior, or just tired of chronic shoulder tension from typing all day, I got you.

What to Expect in a Session

This isn’t your candle-lit spa experience (though I’m all for a good zen moment). I specialize in:

✅ Deep, targeted bodywork
✅ Passive stretching inspired by Thai techniques
✅ Movement-based release while you're comfortably clothed
✅ Structural change that supports how you actually move every day

My work is firm, intentional, and customized for results. Whether we’re working on shoulder mobility, hip tension, or full-body recovery, I’ll check in throughout to make sure we’re making progress and you’re feeling safe and supported.

Not Doing In-Person Yoga (But It’s Still in My Bones)

While I’m not currently teaching in-person yoga classes, you can still stretch with me online! I have a YouTube channel full of approachable yoga videos, including my signature saying "Pump Pump, Pump it up" 

When clients need extra support with mobility, I may create or recommend videos to go along with their recovery plans. Let me know what you need—I’m here for it.

What does it mean to truly evolve in fitness and wellness?

To me, it’s not just about hitting milestones or checking off goals. That’s surface-level stuff. Real evolution happens when you build awareness—like, deep awareness—of how your body moves, feels, and responds to stress, recovery, and life. It’s when you know your body so well, you’re practically having full-on conversations with it (yes, I talk to myself—don’t judge).

Evolving your fitness wellness means tuning into your body with intention, moving through each phase of recovery and growth with curiosity and resilience.

When I started this path, I wasn’t exactly the picture of health. I actually wrote in a journal once that I wanted to be a massage therapist, way before I had any clue how to take care of myself. Fast forward to today—I’ve been a certified Massage Therapist since 2011—and what I’ve learned is that true healing isn’t just about muscle release. It’s about building deep body awareness that leads to long-term change.
