Hey!
it's me!
sandy colecross

Hi, I’m Sandy ColeCross, a Myofascial Release Bodyworker and Mindful Movement Specialist.

I’ve been a Sport Massage Therapist since 2011 and a Yoga Instructor since 2017, helping active people relieve muscle fatigue, restore movement, and break free from chronic pain. Pain management is mah jam! I don’t just chase symptoms—I strategize with you to uncover the root cause of your pain and restrictions, using a mix of Myofascial Release, deep tissue therapy, and movement awareness techniques. My goal? To get you moving better, feeling stronger, and living pain-free.

I graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) with an Associate Degree in Holistic Health, completing 1,230 hours of training—far beyond the standard 500-hour certification. My training includes clinical methods, Thai Massage, Tui Na, Deep Tissue Sculpting, and more. This extensive background allows me to adapt sessions to your needs, whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or someone just trying to move without discomfort.

What My Work Looks Like
I specialize in Sport Massage, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Muscle Therapy, focusing on deep, targeted work rather than a traditional full-body relaxation massage. This isn’t your typical spa experience. I combine deep tissue compressions with passive stretching (inspired by Thai Massage) to create structural shifts that help your body function better. Clients remain mostly clothed, so I can incorporate movement-based techniques alongside firm muscle compressions.

Every session is designed to:

✅ Reduce, manage, and eliminate pain
✅ Increase flexibility & mobility
✅ Improve athletic performance
✅ Prevent injury & support long-term recovery

I strive for results and won’t stop until we collaboratively uncover the source of your pain and restrictions. If you’re dealing with persistent aches, mobility issues, or movement imbalances, I’ll guide you toward lasting relief.

My Approach to Yoga & Recovery
As a Yoga Instructor, I focus on injury prevention and recovery. My classes are rooted in Hatha-style deep stretch yoga, designed to support mobility, flexibility, and joint health—because let’s be real, most of us could use a good stretch! Occasionally, I’ll mix in Vinyasa-style flows to build strength and body awareness.

I don’t believe in taking yoga too seriously.  My classes are fun, approachable, and made for real people—especially those who think they’re too inflexible for yoga! (Spoiler: You’re not.) I’ve been there myself, and I’m still working on my own flexibility. Plus, I like to keep things interesting—expect nontraditional music (yes, classic rock counts as yoga music), a welcoming vibe, and zero pressure for perfection.

What I Believe
Fitness and wellness aren’t just about working harder—they’re about working smarter.

I help people

Tune into their bodies, M

Make small but powerful shifts, and

Move in ways that prevent pain rather than just reacting to it.

My goal is to help you feel better in your body for the long haul.

Ready to move, recover, and feel good again? Let’s make it happen.

Evolve Your Fitness Wellness

What does it mean to truly evolve in fitness and wellness?

For me, it’s not about chasing milestones or checking off goals—how frickin’ boring is that? Why not go deeper, get to know yourself so well that it’s almost annoying because you’re always sooo right about what’s going on with your body. I mean, I talk to myself all the time, like, “What the heck is that?” and the other voice says, “It’s *this,* B.” And then I’m like, “No way,” and it’s like, “Yes way!” Before I know it, I’m flowing, my aches and pains are in check, and I’m managing my emotions all at once.

Evolving your Fitness Wellness is about tuning into your body at a deeper level, moving through each phase of your wellness journey with intention and self-awareness. For me, wellness is about embracing both the “aha!” and the “oh, sh*t, it works!” moments, along with those tough stretches—physically and emotionally—along the way.

When I first set out on this path, becoming a massage therapist felt like destiny. I wrote it down in a journal back in my 20s when I was definitely NOT fit or well, foh shoh! But somehow, without realizing it, I circled back to that vision. Since becoming a certified Massage therapist in 2011, I’ve learned the magic isn’t just in fixing tight muscles or releasing knots; it’s in helping you tune into what’s beneath the surface. Real talk—no foolin’—deep-down body awareness that opens the door to lasting relief, resilience, and connection.

So, what does Evolve Your Fitness Wellness mean for you? It means:

  • Recovering for fitness—keeping you strong and pain-free so you can keep doing what you love.

  • Growing in self-awareness—understanding your body’s needs in a way that helps prevent setbacks and keeps you moving.

  • Recharging for life—leaving each session with more energy, feeling light yet grounded, and ready to take on whatever’s next.

Every part of what I do is designed to support you in evolving your fitness wellness to a whole new level...

I’m here with you through those transitions, high-fiving and fist-pumping every breakthrough—whether it’s finally moving pain-free or finding new movement that doesn’t fight you.  Or just staring strangely at each other while you're on my massage table...I'm here for you.

Here’s to healing, growing, and evolving—together.
