Consistency Mini Retreat

A women’s mini retreat to kickstart your FitWell rhythm—movement, recovery, and a goal plan that actually inspires you. We’ll train together, reset with YOMO (yoga + mobility), and leave you with a clear next-step plan you can follow right away.

This Mini Retreat is perfect on its own — no pressure to join the camp. Want deeper results with accountability and support? Consistency Camp is the next step!

What We Will Do

  • CrossFit fundamentals + workout (all levels, fully scaled)

  • Short YOMO(yoga+mobility) cool-down + guided downshift

  • Easy goal setting + weekly action plan

  • Simple journal collage (one theme + one image)

  • Light snacks + refreshments

  • Connection + reflection moment to close

28-Day Consistency Camp
Begins May 3rd

This is where the real shift happens. Over 28 days, we blend fitness + wellness + easy nutrition guidance + supportive accountability—so consistency becomes your normal.

The Anchors of Camp

  • Saturday 9:30am - Community Workout (Fitness Anchor)​​

  • Tuesday 5:00pm - Yoga+Mobility (Recovery Anchor)​​

  • Optional Wednesday Time TBD â€‹Bonus Workout Meet-Up

Questions & Answers

  • Do I have to do CrossFit to join?

    • No. You can be brand new or experienced. Everything is scaled, and we’ll guide you on how to choose workouts that match your level.

  • I'm scared of CrossFit...what if I don't want to do CrossFit?​

    • Totally normal — that word can feel intense. “CrossFit” is just an affiliation to a worldwide brand, but what we’re really doing is coached strength + conditioning with scaling for every level.  You won’t be singled out, and you’ll never be judged for scaling.  ​

  • What if I can’t make it every Saturday or Tuesday?

    • The anchors are strongly encouraged because they’re what build momentum, but perfection isn’t required. If you miss an anchor, we’ll help you choose a FitWell option that keeps you moving forward instead of falling off.

  • Is the Wednesday workout required?

    • No — it’s an optional bonus meet-up for anyone who wants extra support and consistency through training together.

  • What does “easy nutrition guidance” mean?

    • No extreme rules, no crash diets. We focus on simple, repeatable habits that support energy, recovery, and results.

  • I’m not trying to be perfect—will I feel behind?

    • No. This camp is built for real life. The goal is follow-through and momentum, not flawless execution.

  • How much time does this take each week?

    • Plan on the weekly anchors (Saturday workout + Tuesday YOMO), plus one simple micro habit you repeat. If you want faster results, you can add an extra workout—optional, not required.

  • What if I’m nervous to start or haven’t worked out in a while?

    • You’re exactly who this is for. We’ll meet you where you are, help you scale, and keep it supportive—not intimidating.

  • Do I get the Kickoff Mini Retreat if I join the camp?

    • Yes — camp registration includes the Kickoff Mini Retreat.

  • Can I do the Mini Retreat without doing the camp?

    • Yes. The mini retreat is perfect on its own, and if you want deeper results with accountability and support, the camp is the next step.

  • What if I have an injury or limitations?

    • You can still participate. We’ll help you modify workouts and focus on recovery and movement that supports your body.

  • What is YOMO(Yoga+mobility)?​​​

    • ​YOMO stands for Yoga + Mobility. It’s a yoga-inspired recovery class for active people that blends mobility, breath, deep stretching, and a short reset/meditation—especially welcoming for anyone who feels “too inflexible for yoga.”

Refund + Cancellation Policy

 

Mini Retreat (Kickoff)

  • Full refund available up to 24 hours before the Mini Retreat start time.

  • No refunds within 24 hours of the event.

  • If something truly unexpected happens, you may request a credit toward a future FitWell event (case-by-case).

 

Consistency Camp (28-day program)

  • You may cancel for a refund up until the camp begins (before May 3).

  • No refunds once the program begins (including missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or partial participation).

  • If an emergency comes up after the start date, you can request a credit to a future camp/program (case-by-case), but refunds are not guaranteed.
