Hi, I’m Sandy—sport massage therapist, yoga teacher for athletes, holistic health practitioner (since 2011), and a CrossFit Level 1 coach. Coach Rachel is the expert leading the CrossFit coaching side of this tribe, and I’m here to bring the whole-body support that helps women follow through.
The real reason I’m here with the Women’s FitWell Tribe...it comes back to one thing: support.
In massage school, I experienced an enormous level of support—honestly, unlike anything I’d felt before—and I know I wouldn’t be where I am without being completely surrounded by it.
Then I found Stay Classy CrossFit and experienced a different kind of support: community.
That community has helped me stay consistent not only in fitness and wellness, but in my personal life too.
This tribe is the culmination of what I’ve received—and now I’m ready to give it back. I’m here to smother you with support (in the best way) so you can find what works for you, build follow-through, and create a life of consistency. Even a smidgen of consistency? I’ll be doing a happy dance.

Hi, I’m Coach Rachel. Mother, daughter, fiancée, and friend are just a few of the titles that were assigned to me—and if you want the real snapshot of who I am: I’m a funny, fitness-seeking, family-first woman who loves baking with my ancient sourdough starter.
For decades, I’ve dedicated my professional life to serving others through hospitality and fitness. Over the past few years, my focus has centered on women’s health and wellness, and one thing I’ve seen again and again is this: consistency & support changes everything. It’s the foundational pillar I’m most passionate about, and helping women of all ages build it into their lives is exactly why I’m here.

Is the August 1st Kick Off Required to join the Camp?

Yes—required for camp participants. It’s where you will learn about CrossFit movements we will go over the basics, scaling, barbell movements, and safety.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. 1st payment is paid up front and the second is an auto pay at the on September 1st on auto pay.

Do I have to know how to do CrossFit to join?

No. You can be brand new or experienced. Everything is scaled, and we’ll guide you on how to choose workouts that match your level.

What if I have CrossFit Experience? Do I still need to attend the Kick Off?

Yes. The Kickoff isn’t only about learning movements—it’s our Tribe orientation. It’s where you connect with the other women, get the full plan of action for the 8 Weeks, lock in your FitWell rhythm, and start the camp together on the same page. Even if you’re experienced, you’ll leave more aligned, more motivated, and ready to follow through.

I'm scared of CrossFit...

Totally normal — that word can feel intense. “CrossFit” is just an affiliation to a worldwide brand, but what we’re really doing is coached strength + conditioning with scaling for every level. You won’t be singled out, and you’ll never be judged for scaling.

The Kick Off will give you the confidence with any movements we do.

What if I can’t make it every class?

The anchors are strongly encouraged because they’re what build momentum, but perfection isn’t required. If you miss an anchor, we’ll help you choose a FitWell option that keeps you moving forward instead of falling off.

What does “easy nutrition guidance” mean?
-
No extreme rules, no crash diets. We focus on simple, repeatable habits that support energy, recovery, and results.

I’m not trying to be perfect—will I feel behind?

No. This experience is built for real life. The goal is follow-through and momentum, not flawless execution.

How much time does this take each week?

Plan on the weekly anchors of at least 3 classes.

What if I’m nervous to start or haven’t worked out in a while?

You’re exactly who this is for. We’ll meet you where you are, help you scale, and keep it supportive—not intimidating.

Can I do the kick off without doing the experience?

Yes. The kick off is perfect on its own, and if you want deeper results with accountability and support, the experience is the next step. To just do the Kick off, the cost will be $99.

Should you decide to do the full experience, the $99 will be applied to the cost of the experience.

What if I have an injury or limitations?

You can still participate. We’ll help you modify workouts and focus on recovery and movement that supports your body.

What is YOMO(Yoga+mobility)?
-
YOMO stands for Yoga + Mobility. It’s a yoga-inspired recovery class for active people that blends mobility, breath, deep stretching, and a short reset/meditation—especially welcoming for anyone who feels “too inflexible for yoga.

Full refund available up to 24 hours before the kick off start time.

No refunds within 24 hours of the event.

If something truly unexpected happens, you may request a credit toward a future FitWell event (case-by-case).

You may cancel for a refund up until the kick off begins (before August 1st).

No refunds once the program begins (including missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or partial participation).

If an emergency comes up after the start date, you can request a credit to a future camp/program (case-by-case), but refunds are not guaranteed.
