A massage therapy session is not just a treat, but an essential part of your workout routine, helping you to recover faster and perform better. Embrace the healing power of sport massage therapy and give yourself the gift of faster recovery and greater vitality! EvoFitWell hires Sandy of Essential Body Therapy for massage. Sandy, has been a sport massage therapist since 2011. She is the owner of Essential Body Therapy and Owner/Facilitator of EvoFitWell. She will either be your massage therapist or one of her trusted therapists.

Cancellation Policy

✅A 24 Hour cancellation/reschedule is required. If you are a no show or cancel/reschedule the same day of your scheduled session on a package session, that session will be forfeited. ✅Refund Policy No refunds once service has been rendered. You can be refunded for the sessions that have not been used. Please allow up to 14-30 days for any refunds to show on your credit card. We have no control over when it will show on your credit card. Should you have any issues, contact us at evofitwell@gmail.com, but also contact your credit card service. ✅Being late to your session: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or parking issues may arise. Going over the allotted time not only affect yours and the next client's experience, but also hinders the personal trainer or massage therapist the ability to take breaks, have lunch, and properly decompress between sessions. ✅To uphold the quality of service for all clients, we may or may not be able to extend the session if you arrive late. If the trainer/therapist's schedule allows for flexibility, they may consider meeting you in the middle or fully extending. However, this is not guaranteed. The trainer/therapist reserves the right to extend or not. ✅To ensure timelines, we suggest to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
