Essential Body Therapy has been in business since 2011. Sandy, the owner of Essential Body Therapy and Co-Collective owner of EvoFitWell will either be your massage therapist or one of her trusted therapists.
Cancellation Policy
Policies for Massage Sessions and YOMO / YOMOFitFlo Classes ✅ 24-Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment or class. Same-day cancellations/reschedules and no-shows may be charged. For package clients, any same-day cancellation/reschedule or no-show will result in that session being forfeited. ✅ Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered. Unused sessions may be refunded upon request. Please allow 14–30 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Refund timing is dependent on your card issuer and is outside of our control. For assistance, contact evofitwell@gmail.com and also contact your credit card provider regarding posting times. ✅ Late Arrival for Massage Sessions If you arrive late, your session will generally end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client. If scheduling permits, the session may be extended at the provider’s discretion; however, extensions are not guaranteed. ✅ Late Arrival for YOMO / YOMOFitFlo Classes If you arrive late, please enter quietly and minimize disruption to the class. ✅ Arrival Recommendation Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure timely start and setup.
