My Mission:  
To help you move smarter, recover better, and build habits that fit *your* lifestyle, all while preventing injuries and unlocking your full potential.

For Beginners:  

  • Gentle guidance to build strength and confidence. Develop body awareness and create lasting wellness habits—no intimidation, just progress.  

 

For Go-Hard Athletes:  

  • Maximize performance with smarter movement. 

  • Boost recovery, prevent injuries, and stay at your peak longer.

My journey: Struggles to Strength...

May name is Sandy, owner of Evofitwell and your guide for 28 days!

​

Struggling with well-being and fitness? Trust me, I’ve been there. Before massage school changed my life, I was grappling with anxiety and depression. While my well-being was starting to improve, fitness still felt like the missing puzzle piece. I even joined CrossFit in 2017, but you know what my biggest challenge was? Just walking across the street to the gym! Seriously, WTH?!  

​

Consistency was my kryptonite, and it felt impossible to reach my fitness goals. I hated working out alone (still do!) and often felt stuck. Everything shifted when I stepped into a class at Stay Classy CrossFit. Suddenly, I wasn’t alone. Having a workout buddy and an encouraging coach woke up the old athlete in me. Slowly but surely, I started to thrive. Sticking to a schedule reshaped not just my body, but my mindset—I saw muscle definition, felt stronger, and yes, my booty got bootylicious!  

​

But it wasn’t just about the physical changes. I started feeling confident. My goals finally felt within reach because I had the one thing I was missing: a community to support me. Between my massage community and my new fitness tribe, I found the magic formula—community, support, consistency, and accountability.  

​

Now, in my mid-40s, I’m lifting weights I never thought I’d touch. But it’s not just about numbers; it’s about feeling unstoppable.  

​

That’s the energy I’m bringing to FitWell Quest. I want you to experience this transformation too. Together, we’ll tackle those fitness and wellness hurdles and help you rediscover the powerful, capable person you already are. Let’s do this!

This 28-day journey is packed with intentional activities, community engagement, and opportunities to reset and recharge your FitWell flow. Here’s an outline of what to expect:

 

Daily Quests

Every day, you’ll receive a new quest that’s fun, engaging, and designed to help you build sustainable habits. These quests will challenge your mind, body, and creativity while connecting you to our vibrant community of Questers.

 

Weekly Themes

Each week focuses on a specific theme, guiding you through the foundational elements of wellness:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness & Reflection

  • Week 2: Movement & Mobility

  • Week 3: Strength & Resilience

  • Week 4: Integration & Flow

 

Yoga for Your FitWell Flow

Twice a week, we’ll gather for energizing yoga sessions designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign. Can’t make it live? No problem! I got you boo! You’ll receive pre-recorded sessions you can conveniently do at home, so you can flow at your own pace and on your own schedule.

My in person yoga class schedule:

  • Wednesdays at 7:45 AM

  • Saturdays at 8:30 AM
